Shipping policy

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Big release days, sales, and holidays can add a little extra time.

Rates and Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping option you choose.

Orders over $200 CAD, calculated before tax and after discounts, ship free within Canada on our standard tracked service. Free shipping is not available on orders to the United States. Rates are subject to change; the rates shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.

We ship with trusted carriers and select the best one for each order based on your location, the service you chose, and carrier reliability. We may change or adjust the carriers we use at any time. If we ship with a different carrier than expected, you'll still receive the same level of service you paid for, such as tracked or expedited shipping.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Canadian orders: no import charges apply. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders shipped to the United States: the United States has ended duty-free treatment for low-value imports. Duties and customs entry fees now apply to shipments entering the US regardless of how small the order is, and there is no longer a value threshold below which parcels enter free of charge.

We strongly recommend prepaying duties and fees at checkout. When you prepay, the amount is calculated and collected up front, your parcel clears customs without interruption, and nothing further is owed on delivery.

If you choose not to prepay, your parcel will be cleared on arrival and the carrier will bill you directly before it is released. That bill will include the duty owed plus the carrier's own customs brokerage and disbursement fees, which are set by the carrier and are often larger than the duty itself. These charges are outside our control, we don't receive any part of them, and we can't estimate or waive them. Parcels sometimes sit at a customs facility until the charges are paid, which adds to delivery time.

Orders shipped to other countries: duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's rules and the value of your order. Where prepayment is offered at checkout, we recommend using it. Otherwise these charges are your responsibility and are collected by your local customs authority or the carrier.

Import charges are set by the destination country, not by 23 TCG. They are separate from your order total and from any shipping or Route protection fees you paid us.

Customs Delays

Parcels crossing a border can be held for inspection or processing. We can't predict or expedite customs review, and time spent in customs isn't included in any delivery estimate. Route shipping protection does not cover parcels held or delayed at customs.

Addresses and Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can make changes until your order has been processed. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it, and any costs to reship an order sent to an incorrect or incomplete address are your responsibility.

If you'd like to combine orders, contact us before your first order ships and we'll do our best. If combining changes your shipping cost, we'll let you know before anything ships.

Oversized Orders and Remote Areas

Oversized orders and some remote addresses may cost more to ship. If yours does, we'll contact you before we ship.

Letter Mail

Some singles orders may be eligible for letter mail, a lower-cost shipping option. Letter mail is sent untracked and uninsured, so we can't confirm delivery, and we can't replace or refund letter mail orders that are lost in transit.

Because Route claims depend on tracking, letter mail orders can't be covered by Route shipping protection. If you want your order tracked and protected, please choose a tracked shipping option at checkout and add Route.

Letter mail is available for domestic orders only. Orders crossing a border require a customs declaration and are sent by a tracked service.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, goes unclaimed, has unpaid duties, or is returned because of an incorrect address, any refund will have return shipping, carrier fees, and customs charges deducted. For international orders, carriers may destroy parcels that aren't claimed or whose duties aren't paid, and no refund can be issued.

Refusing a parcel to avoid paying duties is treated the same as any other refused package under this policy.

Shipping Protection (Route)

We've partnered with Route so you can insure the full value of your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. To add protection, leave the Route toggle switched on in your cart before checkout. The cost is based on your order total and shown before you pay.

Route covers:

  • Lost packages: tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or 48 hours have passed since the carrier's estimated delivery date with no update
  • Stolen packages: tracking says delivered, but you never received it, or it went to the wrong address
  • Damaged packages: your order arrives damaged in transit

Route does not cover:

  • Untracked letter mail orders
  • Packages returned or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address
  • Orders that haven't shipped yet
  • Parcels held or delayed at customs
  • Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other import charges
  • Late delivery on expedited shipping, if the package arrives undamaged
  • Manufacturer defects inside sealed product
  • Minor shrink wrap wear or packaging flaws that happened before shipping

Filing a claim: use the link in Route's confirmation email, visit claims.route.com, or use the free Route app. You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

  • Stolen: wait at least 5 days after the delivery date, then file within 30 days of delivery.
  • Lost: file within 30 days of the last tracking update.
  • Damaged: file within 30 days of delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging.

Claims filed outside these windows may be denied. Route may ask for extra verification on some claims, such as an online notarized incident statement. Approved claims are resolved with a refund or store credit, not a replacement. The Route fee is non-refundable.

Orders Without Shipping Protection

Without Route, we can't replace or refund orders that are marked delivered or lost in transit. We'll do our best to help you open an investigation with the carrier, but we can't guarantee a result. For valuable orders, we strongly recommend adding Route at checkout.
